Seven of London’s top chefs will cook a seven course feast in aid of national charity FoodCycle.

Giorgio Locatelli, Shay Cooper, Skye Gyngell, Anna Hansen, Cyrus Todiwala, Ben Tish and Angela Hartnett will each create a course at FoodCycle’s fundraiser gala dinner ‘Green & Pleasant Land’.

The chefs will be joined by the Jay Rayner, who will host the evening and entertain guests with his band, The Jay Rayner Quartet.

Mary McGrath, chief executive of FoodCycle said: “With five Michelin stars, two MBEs and an OBE amongst our line-up of amazing chefs, the ‘Green & Pleasant Land’ dinner is set to be a fabulous evening.

"We are so excited for the big night and hope it will raise funds for our work, helping us to open more projects, serve more meals and support even more vulnerable people. We hope that anyone looking to support FoodCycle will join us for a night of fun, celebration and, of course, fabulous food!”

All proceeds from the evening will go directly to FoodCycle, a national charity with 29 projects across the UK, which cooks surplus food into healthy, three-course meals for people at risk of poverty.
