Semi-finalists for Tabasco Hot Chef competition announced

The top 20 semi-finalists for this 2016 Tabasco Street Food Challenge competition have been announced.

Now in its fourth year, the competition for students of any age has gone from strength to strength and in a change from the previous years.

The final of the competition will be held at Hotelympia’s Salon Culinaire 2016.

Last year, Eden Allsworth secured victory in the competition, after being tasked with creating a dish using Tabasco sauce suitable for serving from a street vendor's stall or vehicle.
