Searcys launches 'fuss-free' fizz and meatballs concept

Written by: Admin
Searcys, the luxury hospitality brand, has launched a new ‘fuss-free’ meatballs and champagne concept at its St Pauls site.

Searcys’ One New Change will celebrate meatballs and pasta alike and is expected to be rolled out to its other venues.

The menu will incorporate a ‘pick and mix’ system with a choice of either meatballs and pasta or meatballs and ciabatta. Beef and pork meatballs will be available with sauce, pasta and topping options, including pesto, paccheri and Gorgonzola.

The food offering will also be available on a street food stall, as part of the daily market on the ground floor of One New Change for local shoppers and workers.

The drinks menu will be headed up by Joel Claustre wine and champagne connoisseur and cocktail expert Aurelien Durand. The menu will range from flutes of champagne to Italian Vermouth and Frizzante cocktails.

Searcys was founded in 1847 and runs a number of champagne bars across the city as well as providing contract catering services for a number of brands including The Gherkin, St Pancras Grand and Blenheim Palace.
