ScotHot’s Spotlight Stage speakers announced
ScotHot, the Scottish food, drink and hospitality trade show, has announced the line-up for its Spotlight Stage ahead of next month’s exhibition.
James Withers from Scotland Food and Drink will offer some insight to the future and drink trends with CGA Peach’s Peter Martin on the first day of the show.
The Masters Class Interviews with MasterChef: The Professionals 2016 winner and City of Glasgow College lecturer Gary Maclean will be interviewed by his own students on the second day.
