For the third year running, the equipment specialist has donated a sum of money to help satisfy any training needs and aid the purchase of requisites that are needed for furthering their education. This will be administered by the Craft Guild of Chefs Benevolent Fund and allocated in small amounts to applicants. Application forms can be downloaded (see below) and once completed must be received by September 10 2012 latest, accompanied by a citation of no more than 50 words from one of the following: tutor, lecturer, mentor or employer. Successful applicants will be informed within three weeks of the specified date.
