RIBA Venues appoints new executive head chef

RIBA Venues, the conference and events division of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), has appointed Maxine Brady as executive head chef.

In the role, Brady will run the meetings and events catering operation and lead Bistro at 66, RIBA’s onsite restaurant on Portland Place, London.

Brady said: “I am thrilled to be taking on the role of executive head chef within RIBA and being given the opportunity to work with such a prestigious venue. I am looking forward to getting stuck in, working with the team and producing some truly wonderful and innovative menus.”

Prior to her appointment at RIBA, Brady ran and was chef director at the Disappearing Dining Club, the catering company specialising in pop-up restaurants, and held the role of head chef at Oxo Tower Brasserie.
