Now in its 25th year, the Restaurant Show returns to Earls Court 2 from October 7-9 to celebrate its silver anniversary and to deliver an event to remember with a host of features and personalities as well as leading competitions.

Commercial manager Elizabeth Rigden said that 2013 was an exciting year for the show as it marks its 25th anniversary. “The show is continually evolving and developing to reflect the exciting movement in the industry, and we are certainly going to celebrate this great milestone in style with a show that delivers a diverse spectrum of valuable, quality exhibitors and live events programme that is sure to excite, educate and inspire our visitors.”

This year’s Live Events include the Centre Stage where leading chefs and industry experts will share their expertise and showcase their skills through inspiring workshops, demonstrations and panel debates. Visitors will also have the rare opportunity to see a live interview with Joan Roca, head chef of Spain’s renowned El Celler de Can Roca – voted the 'World’s Best' restaurant.

The line-up of confirmed chefs includes: Joan Roca, Jason Atherton, Mark Sargeant, Angela Hartnett, Gizzie Erskine, James ‘Jocky’ Petrie, Will Torrent, Carl Clarke, Steve Perle and Francesco Mazzei.

The show will also be hosting some of the industry’s leading competitions, including National and Young National Chef of the Year, Compass Group Chef of the Year, Event Caterers Awards and, new this year, the UK Pastry Open for pastry chefs to create intricate chocolate and sugar showpieces, plated desserts and entremets at an extremely high level.
