Northern Restaurant & Bar Chef Live line-up revealed

Gary Usher, Rupert Rowley and Adam Reid will all feature at Northern Restaurant & Bar’s Chef Live theatre in March.

Following his appearance at the NRB Debate last year, Gary Usher returns to demonstrate a dish from the menu of his latest crowdfunded opening Hispi in Didsbury.

Rupert Rowley has held a Michelin Star at Fischer’s in Baslow for over 10 years and opened Rowley’s Bar & Restaurant in 2005.

Adam Reid is head chef at The French at The Midland Hotel and won the North West heat of last year’s BBC Great British Menu.

Northern Restaurant & Bar takes place at Manchester Central on March 21st – 22nd. The show hosts 300 exhibitors, the NRB Debate and the NRB Top Fifty Awards.
