New executive chef joins Cinnamon Candy external catering company

D&D London has announced the appointment of Jens Nisson as the executive chef for Cinnamon Candy, the external catering and party planning arm of the London-based restaurant group.

Nisson joins Cinnamon Candy from renowned group Company of Cooks, where he spent three years cooking for a range of contracts and high profile events at some of London’s most prestigious venues including the Royal Opera House and Chiswick House and Gardens.

Prior to this, his experience spans the kitchens of top caterer Alison Price and Company, Michelin-starred The Square and Marco-Pierre White’s The Criterion.

Nisson joins head of events Marina Souter and they will continue to cater for all manner of parties, delivering exceptional quality, service and food.
