New club for development chefs

Written by: Admin
Restaurant Magazine has launched a new initiative – the Farm Frites Development Chef Club, aimed at pub and restaurant development chefs and group executive chefs for multi-site operators to recognise their contribution as well as help move their businesses forward.

In conjunction with publisher William Reed’s hospitality division incorporating BigHospitality, M&C Report and the Publican’s Morning Advertiser, Restaurant will provide a regular series of digital newsletters, features in print and online, and high-value live events for club members.

The initiative also includes the Farm Frites Development Chef Summit taking place on Wednesday, March 19, at Westminster Kingsway College, which is a dedicated information and networking event for multi-site restaurant and pub chefs to bring them together with key suppliers for a series of demonstrations, discussion formats and interactive presentations.

It also includes the first ever Development Chef Awards, which recognises success and innovation within the restaurant and pub group sector.

Membership of the Farm Frites Development Chef Club is open to all those with responsibility for food purchasing and/or menu development across a number of sites, and is free. Members will receive monthly digital newsletters, with further details of the club’s benefits and programme of events.

The club is supported by headline partner Farm Frites, premium chocolate supplier Callebaut and the Craft Guild of Chefs.
