Michelin starred chef to open Basque restaurant at One Aldwych Hotel
One Aldwych Hotel London and Azuremendi Bilbao have announced a partnership to launch an informal Basque restaurant and bar.
The informal restaurant will feature three Michelin-star Chef Eneko Atxa’s interpretation of traditional Basque country cuisine.
Eneko Atxa, said: "We aim to create an unpretentious modern take on rustic Basque cuisine, based on quality ingredients, simplicity and culinary heritage. One Aldwych Hotel is the perfect partner for this joint creation.”
Eneko At One Aldwych will open in Summer 2016.
