Robbie Pepin joins the luxury hotel, which is due to open in April, with a wealth of experience including his most recent role as opening chef at Alain Ducasse's Italian restaurant, La Trattoria, Monaco. He has also worked in Michelin starred restaurants and luxury hotels in Italy and London including The Four Seasons, Florence and L'Andana, Italy, The Aubergine and The Oak Room in London. Sustainably sourced, fresh and seasonal produce will feature on the restaurant's menus. The wine list will feature mostly Italian, rare, fines and gems and a few labels from France and the New World. The Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London will feature 85 rooms and suites, Il Ristorante, Il Bar and The Bulgari Spa and Fitness centre.
