The judging panel consists of Tossed's Vincent McKevitt, who was last year’s Special Achievement winner, David Veal of SCAE, Martyn Herriott from the Beverage Standards Association, Andrew Green from the Craft Guild of Chefs, Chris Brazier of the lunch! show, Peter Backman from Horizons and Jonathan Doughty of Coverpoint Catering Consultancy.
