Jockey Club Catering extends Chez Roux deal

Jockey Club Catering has agreed an extended three year partnership that will see three generations of Roux working together at Jockey Club Racecourses.

Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr and Emily Roux will bring an enhanced version of the Chez Roux hospitality experience to the Cheltenham Festival, Investec Derby Festival and the QIPCO Guineas Festival.

Nick Campbell, managing director Jockey Club Catering, said: “Our aim is to deliver the best possible experience for our guests through high quality food and drink. Since we introduced Chez Roux in 2015 it has gone from strength to strength so I am naturally thrilled to have Albert back in the kitchens with Michel and Emily coming along to support and I look forward to seeing the culinary delights they will create together.”

Bespoke menus have been designed by Albert to reflect on the seasonality and provenance of each region’s larder and his team will work closely with the Jockey Club Catering chefs around kitchen design, suppliers, interior style and crockery.
