Japanese food brand Yutaka sets recipe challenge ahead of International Sushi Day
Yutaka, Japanese food brand, has challenged the public to invent a recipe combining sushi with European food staples ahead of International Sushi Day on Sunday, June 18th.
Yutaka has come up with five European sushi recipes including German bratwurst nigiri with katsu curry sauce, Austrian strudel roll and a Spanish Paella Temaki.
The winner of the challenge will receive Yutaka product worth over £100 and a winning recipe will be featured on the company website.
