BaxterStorey, CH&Co, Levy Restaurants and Buffalo Catering will all be in attendance as the IOH aims to match students and professionals with employers.

IOH president, Alastair Storey, said: "Thanks to the energy and resourcefulness of our London-based members, the Institute of Hospitality is hosting an excellent event on May 19th that will do much to aid recruitment for a large number of hospitality businesses. As our professional body and education charity, the Institute of Hospitality is delivering real and measurable support to the sector."

The careers fair takes place at the Institute of Directors from 10am – 3pm.
