Inaugural Food Forum for Development Chef Club

Written by: Admin
The Farm Frites Development Chef Club, organised by Restaurant magazine, has introduced a food forum for the first time.

The inaugural event will take place at Westminster Kingsway College on October 1 and will be centred around cooking demos from a number of the restaurant and pub industry’s leading senior UK chefs, including James ‘Jocky’ Petrie, Vivek Singh, Graham Hornigold, Scott Hallsworth, Ben Tish, Ajay Barak and Harry Kodagoda.

Spud specialists, Farm Frites, returns as headline sponsor, with Nestlé Professional and Rational also supporting the club.

The all-day forum is free to attend for those responsible for food/menu development across multiple sites, including (but not solely restricted to) executive head chefs, heads of food and development chefs from all corners of the hospitality sector. It is a fantastic opportunity to see first-hand new techniques and trends in the industry and to utilise them across operations.
