The Hotel & Catering Show 2013 launches the Chefs Kitchen

The 2013 Hotel & Catering Show will see the launch of the Chefs Kitchen in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs.
The open kitchen will be the centre of culinary activity at the show, which takes place at the Bournemouth International Centre from March 5-6. Teams from contract catering giants Compass and Sodexo will take part in a competition over both days in a bid to serve the ultimate experience for diners and spectators. Delegates will be able to watch the competitors at work throughout the preparation period and have a chef commentator on hand to explain the procedure. They will also be able to sample amuse bouche dishes. The end result will be a 60-cover lunch on offer, judged each day on a range of criteria, for chefs and delegates invited by sponsors to join in a firsthand experience of fine dining at its best. • For more information, visit www.hotel-expo.co.uk
