The open kitchen will be the centre of culinary activity at the show, which takes place at the Bournemouth International Centre from March 5-6. Teams from contract catering giants Compass and Sodexo will take part in a competition over both days in a bid to serve the ultimate experience for diners and spectators. Delegates will be able to watch the competitors at work throughout the preparation period and have a chef commentator on hand to explain the procedure. They will also be able to sample amuse bouche dishes.
