Hospitality Action, the trade charity for the hospitality industry, is to host Charity Polo Day at the Cheshire Polo Club on Sunday, June 25th, supported by three chefs based in the north west of England.

Andrew Nutter of Nutters Restaurant, Rochdale, Simon Shaw of El Gato Negro, Manchester, and Sean Sutton, head chef at The Alderly Restaurant at the Alderly Edge Hotel will contribute towards the three-course meal at the event.

Penny Moore, Hospitality Action’s chief executive, said: “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to hold a polo day in the north west this year, especially at such a stunning venue as Cheshire Polo Club.

“We’re hoping to replicate the success of our polo days in the south west and make it an annual event to add to our ever growing calendar of fundraising events in the North.”

The event will feature a champagne and canapé reception on the polo club lawn before lunch is prepared. Guests will watch The Henbury Cup polo match before afternoon cream teas are served.

Tickets for the event cost £85 per person or £800 for a table of ten.
