Gearing up for Major Chefs Series XIII

Major International is gearing up for its new culinary challenge and mini series of display classes in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs.

The first heat takes place on February 6th at South Devon College in Paignton, and the second heat is scheduled to take place at New College, Durham on April 24th. A third date at Westminster’s Kingsway College is to be announced.

The competitions include live and static display classes as well as the hot live culinary challenge and the restaurant skills class. Other categories include the mini pastry selection, themed table setting and non-alcoholic cocktail and coffee class.

Winner of the culinary challenge will receive £500 and £250 for their college, plus one year free membership to The Craft Guild of Chefs, while both the static class winner and restaurant skills winner will each win £100.
