Food Allergy Aware to run workshop at Hotel, Catering and Retail Show
Caroline Benjamin, founder of accreditation scheme Allergy Aware Ltd, will run a three hour workshop at the Hotel, Catering and Retail Show in Bournemouth on March 14th.
This workshop, titled ‘Removing the FEAR of FreeFrom on your menu’, offers an insight in how to use positive communication to ensure customers have confidence that your business offers a strong free-from experience.
The Hotel, Catering and Retail Show takes place on March 14th-15th at the BIC Centre.
