Sadie Holloway, catering manager at education catering contractors Alliance in Partnership (AiP), has been promoted to the new area manager.

Holloway has always been passionate about food and has been with AiP since 2007 as the catering manager at King Edward VI Five Ways school in the West Midlands.

She will now be looking after four schools and will report directly to Paul Rogers, AiP’s operations director.

Rogers said: “We are extremely pleased to be able to offer this new position to Sadie and even more so that she has accepted. We feel very strongly about recognising our high achieving staff and offer enhanced prospects where possible.”

Sadie spent 11 years at the finance company, KPMG, as a head chef before coming to AiP and ran a small canteen from her early teenage years.

David Weller, managing director for AiP commented: “The job commenced in the September term and Sadie has really thrived and enjoyed it, despite being a little nervous to begin with.”
