The event recently took place at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. Sidhu was recognised for his ability to multi-task, as well as his people skills, passion and energy for the brand. He works as an area supervisor and is responsible for six Domino’s stores located in north east Hampshire. At the start of 2012, there were four stores in Sidhu’s area, with that increasing to six by the end of the year.

Sidhu said: “I am so pleased to win this award. I really enjoy my job – my store teams are important to me and I like to ensure that each team is ready for action every single day. Domino’s is a great brand and I am so happy to be a part of this amazing business. Every day is different and it can be very challenging but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Dilip Sodha, Domino’s Pizza franchisee, added: “Peter is my rock, someone who I have come to rely on more than my nature normally allows me to. I rely on his common sense approach to most challenges thrown at us. But, what I admire the most about Peter is his humility.”
