The event, organised by the CEM Group, will take place on Tuesday 13 (10am to 6pm) and Wednesday 14 (10am to 4pm) March at the Bournemouth International Centre. The show will offer focused product areas, information-packed seminars and host many more special events such as cookery demonstrations and food and wine matching. Meanwhile the Wessex Salon Culinaire will be moving to a bi-annual event and there are plans to stage the competition in 2013 to ensure the event remains the UK's largest young chef and waiting competition.
