Dewing comes to D&D after 10 years at The Admirable Crichton where he held the position of head chef. In his new role he will be responsible for developing a new outside events business for D&D. Managing director David Loewi commented: "We are thrilled that Mike, with his talent and considerable expertise in producing high quality events has joined D&D London, and he will play a key role both in maintaining high standards at events within our individual restaurants, but also in setting up our new exciting venture."
