They are: Sam Hughs – Boodles Colin Boddington – Garrick Club Jamie Burridge – The Naval Club Erin Coyle – House of Lords Cristian Dumitru – Royal College of Physicians Matthew Edmonds – Army & Navy Club Dan Ellis – Sloane Club Michael Garcia – Caledonian Club Andrew Rice – Oxford & Cambridge Simon Suffolk – Whites Club Christine Tully – East India Club David Weedon – Brooks Club These chefs will now be sent an additional classical main course dish chosen by the competition organisers two weeks prior to the event. Both courses for two covers will then be prepared and closely judged by an expert panel of leading chefs at the cook off. The results will be announced straight after the competition and, as well as the trophy, the winner will receive £750. The prize for second and third place will be £500 and £250 respectively.
