Written by: Admin
Cocoba, the chocolate brand specialising in luxury hot chocolate made from real Belgian chocolate is to open the first chocolate café outside London at Bluewater.

The 1,050 sq ft café is situated on Bluewater’s lower Rose Gallery, adjacent to John Lewis, and will open early this autumn.  The café will be Cocoba’s flagship and only its second outlet in the UK.

The café will serve Cocoba’s luxury hot and iced chocolates and hand-roasted artisan coffee, as well as a choice of cakes, pastries and savoury offerings. It will also stock the brand’s full range of chocolate products.  These include premium chocolate bars, truffles, pralines, chocolate coated coffee beans and their best-selling salted toffee truffles.

Commenting on Cocoba’s selection of Bluewater for their flagship, Guy Thomas, head of retail leasing at Lend Lease, said: “Cocoba is another key addition to Bluewater’s premium offer.  Their location next to John Lewis is part of our strategy to extend the Guildhall’s aspirational mix into the Rose Gallery to cater for the significant demand from upmarket brands.”

Darren Litton, founder of Cocoba, added: “Bluewater is going to be a great location for Cocoba.  Its quality, profile and success create a very strong platform from which Cocoba can grow.  We are very excited to introduce our brand and products to Bluewater’s guests.”
