CHEF and Tilda get together at Hotelympia to set the Skillery alight

Nestlé Professional’s CHEF brand will be joining forces with rice specialist Tilda at Hotelympia between February 26 and March 1, to demonstrate innovative recipes using their respective premium stock and rice products.
For the first time the two well respected brands will be working together to celebrate the very best in modern British cuisine. CHEF brand manager Emma Walker said: "This year, we're going about things differently. We're passionate about working harder with industry peers to add value to our chefs' culinary journey. Our skillery masterclass will help to bring alive trends in the kitchen and show chefs just how pre-prepared stocks, together with quality rice products, can aid them in th ir creativity, not to mention boost sales." Tilda's head of foodservice, Mark Lyddy, added: "This Skillery session is a great opportunity for us to work alongside the CHEF brand, which is a perfect partnership for Tilda as both brands are committed to delivering culinary excellence and product innovation to the industry. "This is a must-see event for chefs attending Hotelympia, giving visitors the skills to bring trends to life in the kitchen, and conjured up using Tilda easy cook basmati and wild rice and the new CHEF flake stocks." In addition to the Skillery, Nestlé will operate a pop-up kitchen to bring to life a plethora of food trends, every day of the show, said Walker. "Throughout the show, four miniature (canapé sized) recipes will highlight how to create a delicious plate of food that's relevant to today's modern consumer.
