Top industry chefs are uniting for a charity Christmas dinner to raise funds for Hospitality Action on December 1st.

Outlaw was recently named AA Chef’s ‘Chef of the Year’ and is the owner of two Michelin stars for his Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and one Michelin star for Outlaw’s at the Capital and Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen; Outlaw will prepare a fish starter for the dinner. Hulstone is owner of Michelin starred restaurant The Elephant and represented the UK twice in the Bocuse d’Or championship; Hulstone will prepare a main course sponsored by Feedown Food.

Lanlard, award-winning patissier and star of Channel 4’s Glamour Puds and Baking Mad, will prepare dessert. Sapori D’Italia will provide the evening’s wine.

Hulstone said: “I am extremely excited to be taking part in Hospitality Action’s final fundraising dinner of the year. In these final weeks, Nathan, Eric and I are putting the final touches to what promises to be a very special evening.

“As we all sadly know, Christmas isn’t always fun for everyone in our industry, but the money we raise on the night will certainly go a long way towards making the festive season a bit more enjoyable for those in need.”

Funds will be raised via a live auction and prize draw with unique prizes donated by Simon Hulstone and Condé Nast Johansens amongst others.
