Foodservice and hospitality professionals are invited to join industry colleagues to hear more about ASK Italian’s transformation journey from the man at the top.  ASK currently boasts 112 restaurants and 2,300 employees.

ASK’s business strategy focuses on an evolving menu shaped by the expertise and flair of renowned chef Theo Randall, a restaurant refurbishment programme motivated by modern Milanese design, and a desire to create a customer experience that’s a little bit special and where the smallest of details count.

Attendees will have the opportunity to find out more about the original motivation and ambition, the achievements and learnings so far, and what the ASK Italian business will ultimately look like once the process is complete.

The Arena event starts at midday.  Guests will enjoy a drinks reception offering the ideal environment to connect with fellow industry professionals, followed by a three-course lunch and Holme’s presentation.
