The interview will take place in front of a live audience on Monday 21st January at 2pm on the Design Inspiration Stage where the chef, will talk openly about celebrity, the highs and lows of running restaurants, and facing the future with optimism.

Since beginning his career at Brinkley’s Restaurant in London, where he went from sous chef to head chef within a month, Worrall Thompson has overseen a number of restaurants including Ménage a Trois which began in Knightsbridge and grew to encompass sites in New York, Washington, Melbourne and Stockholm.

He currently has two restaurants and a pub: the Windsor Grill and Kew Grill and The Greyhound in Rotherfield Peppard just outside Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

Toby Wand, managing director at Fresh Montgomery commented: “We’re delighted to have Antony at the show. He was one of our very first celebrity chefs and not many people have done more to make cooking accessible to the masses than him. With a long and decorated history in the industry, he truly is a fascinating character. The knowledge and experience that he can impart will be invaluable to show visitors, as he has seen and done it all. Save the date in your diary – this is one not to miss!”

The show is taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 21st-23rd January.
