Our corporate client base in the City of London are provided a high end and prestigious environment for a wide variety of tailor-made and bespoke events including seated dinners and lunches, buffets and evening receptions

Based in a 14th Century Grade II listed building, the Hall’s events venue consists of seven  rooms and a walled garden where hosted events include private weddings, corporate events and conferences, summer BBQ's and fashion shows.

THE ROLE:  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Senior Chef De Partie to join our dedicated catering team who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients. The purpose of the position is to assist and support the team with food production and service delivery in line with the Head Chef's direction. The ideal candidate must have a good culinary background with sound technical skills. The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated and hands on in the kitchen and at the same time be a good team player

The ideal candidate should have a good restaurant background and or experience in high end corporate catering or a similar banqueting operation.

Key Responsibilities to include:-

  • Assist and support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen operation
  • Contribute to the production and service of meals using fresh, frozen and ambient ingredients both in permanent or temporary locations and adhering to any customers dietary requirements that arise
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements in line with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Supervise and task agency Chefs and kitchen cleaners when required.
