Balti turkey burger

Serves 10

RECIPE ALLERGENS:
NAAN BREAD, ROLLS OR BREADCRUMBS – WHEAT

  • 400g Uncle Ben’s Balti Sauce
  • 800g Minced turkey
  • 10 Mini naan bread or rolls
  • 1 Red onion, finely diced
  • 16 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Mint, chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • Sliced Lettuce, tomato and red onion to serve
Preparation method

1. Mix the turkey, red onion, herbs and breadcrumbs and Uncle Ben’s Balti sauce in a bowl
2. Divide into 10 balls and flatten into patties. Chill these in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up
3. Fry in a little oil in a pan for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked or finish in the oven
4. To serve, lightly toast the naan or roll, spread the remaining Balti evenly between sthem
5. Share out the sliced lettuce, sliced tomato & red onion and top with the Pattie
