Adam Handling hosts Kikkoman Masters mentor day

To mark the launch of the Kikkoman Masters 2019 competition, judge chef Adam Handling is hosting a mentor day at his restaurant The Frog, Hoxton (London).

Focusing on the competition’s star ingredient, soy sauce, the one-day event will showcase Handling’s passion and skill through a number of demonstrations using Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce.

He said: “Kikkoman soy sauce is a fundamental ingredient as far as I am concerned, and the Kikkoman Masters is a great competition for chefs to push boundaries and showcase their talent.”

The mentor day will take place 4 March and is open to all chefs interested in entering the Kikkoman Masters. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
