Pulled chicken taco

Serves 5-10

Ingredients: 
  • 500g Uncle Ben’s Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce
  • 5 Good size chicken breasts
  • 2 red onions sliced
  • 2 red peppers sliced
  • Bunch flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 10 Taco shells warmed
Preparation method: 
  1. Poach the chicken in water or stock until soft, drain.
  2. Shred chicken in to strips.
  3. In a hot frying pan stir fry onion, peppers and chicken then add the Uncle Ben’s sauce and warm through. Mix in some parsley
  4. Serve in tacos with sprinkle parsley on top

ADD SOME CHOPPED AVOCADO ON TOP OR SOUR CREAM
