Jose Pizarro joins Atul Kochhar for Kanishka Guest Chef Series

Spanish chef Jose Pizarro will join British Indian cuisine pioneer Atul Kochhar for the Kanishka Guest Chef Series on 6 November 2019.

Kanishka has hosted a series of top chef collaborations since opening earlier this year. Chef patron Kochhar has cooked alongside Adam Handling and Cyrus Todiwala with more exciting events planned for 2020.

Pizarro is often described as the ‘Godfather of Spanish cooking’ in the UK. He has worked in some prestigious Spanish restaurants including Eyre Brothers, Brindisa and Gaudi.

Kochhar is the chef patron of Kanishka in Mayfair, London. He became the first Indian chef to win a Michelin star at the acclaimed Tamarind of Mayfair in 2001. He has appeared on BBC’s MasterChef, Great British Menu and he regularly appears on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.
