Home House Collection appoints new executive chef

Home House Collection, which encompasses private members’ clubs Home House and Home Grown, has announced Dan Loftin as its new executive chef to drive sustainability and seasonality across the group.

Loftin has been tasked with shaping the ‘food philosophy’ of the business whilst developing a new menu strategy for the two brands.

Loftin said: “I am very excited to be joining Home House Collection and a business with such a rich heritage. I look forward to working closely with the talented teams at Home House and Home Grown to deliver a new culinary experience for our members.”

Most recently Loftin was the executive chef at The Gherkin, having previously worked at The Montcalm Royal London House and D&D London’s Kensington Place where he was the head chef.

Andrew Richardson, managing director of Home House Collection, added: “It is the perfect time to bring Dan on board, who totally understands our vision and ambition and has great ideas to take our food offering to the next level.

“He understands the British roots, and the eccentric, playful attitude of our members and how to bring that idea to life through food.”
