HOST is an exciting new venture responsible for the management of the Hinkley Point C accommodation campuses.

It will operate two Campus sites which, combined, will cater for in excess of 3,000 meals per day.

Role - Food & Beverage Director

Responsibilities & Skills Required

  • The Food and Beverage Director reports to the Campus Operations Director and has a reporting and close working relationship with the HOST Catering lead and Executive Chef for the effective and efficient running of the Catering service
  • Lead the Food & Beverage Team which includes the following Departments: Restaurants & Bars and Events. Develop and execute the monthly, quarterly and yearly F&B promotional plan to maximise revenue, actively seeking opportunities to increase sales and guest utilisation
