HOST is an exciting new venture responsible for the management of the Hinkley Point C accommodation campuses.

It will operate two Campus sites which, combined, will cater for in excess of 3,000 meals per day.

Role - Executive Chef

Responsibilities & Skills Required

  • The Executive Chef reports to the Campus Operations Director and has a reporting and close working relationship with the HOST Catering Lead and Food and Beverage management team and for the effective and efficient running of the Catering service and is accountable for the successful performance of the Culinary Department.
  • Lead the Culinary Team develop all menus in close coordination with the Food & Beverage team. Develop all food purchase specifications and recipes; monitor your department’s food and labour budget whilst maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards at all times
