Philadelphia Young Chef of the Year
This competition aims to reward the innovation and creativity of talented chefs in full time education aged between 17 and 23, who will have to produce a starter or main course using Kraft Foods' leading soft white cheese brand Philadelphia.
The competition is championed by professional chef Sophie Wright and is endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs, City & Guilds, 3663 and cheese wholesaler the Cheese Cellar.
