Adam Handling plans expansion of The Frog concept

Chef Adam Handling is in talks with investors to open further restaurant, including an expansion of his The Frog concept.

Handling, who rose to prominence with his signature restaurant at St Ermin’s Hotel, Westminster, recently opened his new independent venture The Frog E1, in Shoreditch.

The chef will also take forward his current kitchen template to his new ventures, after a successful partnership with Cuisinequip induction and Valentine fryers at The Frog E1.

He said: “Now The Frog concept is tried and tested I have plans in action with my investors to open further restaurants, including another Adam Handling signature restaurant. My strategy includes using the template of cooking equipment from Shoreditch and making it the core of the new planned operations.

“The new equipment I have from Cuisinequip and Valentine is a real boost in terms of increasing our service output and the quality in terms of taste and consistency, especially from the induction elements which beat our previous gas solutions.”
