ACE gears up for Ready Steady Cook 2018

The Association of Catering Excellence (ACE) is holding its third annual Ready Steady Cook competition next month (20 September), inviting the foodservice industry to watch colleagues battle it out on live screens.

Designed to nurture young talent, each two-man team must include one chef under the age of 25, with confirmation thus far from: Bartlett Mitchell, BaxterStorey, CH&Co., Gather & Gather, Graysons, HIT, Lexington and Restaurant Associates.

Embracing a new format for 2018, the ‘competitive and fun’ event will take place at East Wintergarden (Canary Wharf).

There will also be a street food area as well as sponsor and supplier stands.

Tickets cost £60 +VAT for member and £80 +VAT for non-member, and include a welcome drink, street food buffet and supplier tastings.
