The 2007 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards ceremony was held on Monday July 9th at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
The theme was 'A very Royal occasion' and the Royal Lancaster Hotel overlooks Hyde Park, the largest of the Royal parks.

Our 207 winners were:

• Apprentice Chef Award – Emily Webb from the Royal Garden Hotel

• Banqueting Chef Award – Simon Young from Jumeriah Carlton Tower

• Competition Chef Award – Andy Twells from Compass Group UK

• Contract Catering Chef Award – David Hunt from Sodexho – Scotland and Ireland

• Cost Sector Chef Award – Nick Copson from Teeesdale School

• Development Chef Award – John Feeney from Griffith Laboratories – The Food Architects

• Education Chef Award – David Auchie from South Lanarkshire College

• Ethnic Chef Award – Vijay Anand from Patak's Foodsolutions
